If you’ve ever spent a good amount of time on a dating app, chances are that you’ve seen your fair share of unwanted nudes.

And even if you haven’t actively announced that you’re up for meeting someone, it’s still pretty likely that some dude has sent you a picture of his genitals – without your consent.

In fact, according to a new YouGov survey, a massive 46% of British women aged between18 and 36 say they’ve received an unsolicited d*ck pic.

And 89% of those women say they didn’t ask for one in the first place.

That’s a whole load of spam happening across the airwaves.

Interestingly enough, when YouGov asked men if they’d ever sent a penis picture, only 22% of millennial dudes confessed to having done so – and just 5% said they’d sent one without being asked to do so first.

Surprise, surprise, the figures don’t match up.

So what’s going on here?

Well, some guys probably lied out of embarrassment or a simple failure to take ownership of their actions.

YouGov also suggests that other men might have sent loads of d*ck pics to loads of different women – which may explain why nearly half of us have received one.

And while 13% of the women surveyed said they sound receiving such a lewd picture ‘pleasing’, the rest said it made them feel ‘threatened’, ‘distressed’ or simply grossed out.

News klaxon: always check if someone actually wants to see your penis before you show them anyway.
