Parental leave should be universal

For years, society has focused on maternity leave and how much time a working mom might get after having a baby. But isn't it time companies "see the light" (as one commenter put it) and emphasize the importance of both parents (when there are in fact two parents) getting and using this time? LinkedIn member Rob Horrocks, who recently returned to work after adopting two young girls, writes "we need to normalise men taking a greater role in parenting their children in the early months as part of an inclusive workplace for all..."
