Growing up, Abisoye Ajayi-Akinfolarin didn’t feel like girls were encouraged to pursue careers in STEM. Now, with Girls Coding, she’s focusing on teaching girls from disadvantaged backgrounds in Nigeria how to program, giving them a voice through technology. By investing in people, she’s building the next generation of mathematicians, doctors, lawyers and thinkers.
