A recent Newsy Ipsos poll found 45% of women have had work hours cut or been laid off compared to 35% of men.

"We want to make sure there's fairness to people who are accused, you know. We are a system of justice, the due process and rule of law, and there should be fair processes that are fair to both sides. But so often what has happened in the past is you've never gotten to that stage because women have been cut off and silenced in the first instance," Tchen said.
